   This Site provides information about our landscaping, hardscaping, and custom pool construction services in the Augusta, GA area, and allows you to request estimates, submit quote requests, apply for employment, and manage your account through our Client Portal. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting any form.
2. Estimates and Quotes
   Any pricing shown through our online estimator or provided in response to a quote request is a non-binding, rough estimate only. A final price is determined only after an in-person consultation and written agreement.
3. Client Portal Accounts
   If you are given or create a Client Portal account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Third-Party Sign-In
   If you choose to sign in using “Continue with Google,” your use of that feature is also subject to Google’s own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
5. Payments
   Payments processed through the Site are handled via a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information.
6. Intellectual Property
