• Client Portal accounts: name, email, phone, service and billing addresses, and project/invoice information if you create or are given an account to manage your service with us.
• Sign-in information: if you choose to sign in using “Continue with Google,” we receive your name and email address from Google to create or access your account. We do not receive your Google password.

We also automatically collect limited technical information, such as your browser’s stored preferences (for example, whether you’ve selected our Landscaping or Custom Pools brand view, or light/dark display mode), stored locally in your browser.

2. How We Use Information
   We use the information we collect to respond to estimate, quote, and contact requests; schedule and manage service appointments and invoices; review job applications; provide and maintain Client Portal accounts; communicate with you about your project or account; and improve our services and website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Information
   Southern Nature does not store your full credit card number on our servers. Payment processing is designed to work with a third-party payment processor (Square); only a non-sensitive reference token, and the card’s brand and last four digits, are ever retained for display purposes.

   We do not share your personal information with third parties except with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our hosting provider and, when connected, our payment processor), when required by law, or with your consent.

   We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.

   Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
